Thanks very much. Its not everyday you come across someone who has this phobia. nobody really understands, not even doctors or psychologists, other than people who have the phobia. Apart from this fear I can live a pretty normal life. Im 25, go to the gym focus on protein and weight training, have a mortgage, job etc. Im pleased ive managed all this with the phobia, but there is still alot of work to do.

Basically there are a mix of different groups and threads you can join, Private (which only members can see) General, Polls, Success Stories etc.
You can click on any of these and it will take you to everyones posts. Everyone here is similar to you, and we've all been suffering for a pretty long time.

We give advice, help when people are in need or people help us when we're having a bad day there is also a chat room located on the homepage!
