Triumph
I was at work today and I got a wave of n*. I then got a little worried, and sure enough I know my body said "you don't feel too well". I didn't freak out though. I walked calmy to the break room and drank some water. I then clocked out early for lunch, and ate something.
The n* didn't come back, and I am happy to say I feel I dealt with it very well. I didn't let it get to me, I was calm, and everything turned out fine.
I love that I feel like I am handling my phobia more gracefully and confidently.
Just wanted to give some inspiration.

That's great! Keep up the good work.
I hope to be able to handle it like that someday.

Re: Triumph
I never ever thought I was going to get better, and every year I do. Don't think of matters "I hope". Think matters "I will and when"...
And thank you :)

Re: Triumph
Sounds great!
The first time you "get through it" and afterwards realize you got through it - is quite an awakening!
