Hey guys. I am scared again. I woke up a bit ago with a tummy ache. It is making me scared to go to sleep. My last meal was 7 pm and it is 3:37 now so it can'y be food poisioning and all food is digested so I won't v* will I?
I want free of these chains of paranoia and fear!

Is there any chance that maybe you just slept in a weird position, and got your stomach muscles twisted? How are you feeling otherwise? Maybe you're just hungry...I often wake up around the 3 o'clock mark needing a biscuit or something, lol.
