Right Im feeling a little on edge at the moment, I only had a few hours sleep this morning then had to get up for an appointment, I did feel a little n* and felt like the wind in my stomach was trapped, so I came home really tired and went back to bed, having stomach pains and bowel pains, took me about an hour and a half to get back to sleep and only woke up about 30mins ago, I have eaten a roll and cream cheese and the wind still isnt shifting at the moment and im having slight stabbing pains in my bowels at the moment which is freaking me out.
I dont know if its due to the lack of sleep that has bothered my stomach but I really am VERY scared at the moment, I feel a little helpless with this nothings really working to move it on.
Im SO worried that Im going to end up getting ill, as I dont quite know how my stomach feels at the momebt but I do know I feel kind of n* and disturbed by this situation,I dont know why but ive got it into my head that I could be ill..
I keep trying to burp and only a very little bit of wind is coming up then I swallow alot and feel as per usual even more n*
I dont know whats going on with my bowels though at the moment they are making me feel like I want to go but cant, so scared :(
Sorry that this post is so long I just as trying to be rational but really worried,as I think I can feel some buring sensation inside my ribs and stomach as well,then a churning feeling :(
I have to cook dinner for me and my mother tonight which im looking forward to I just dont want to be ill :(

Violet.....have you ever tried to take any antacids???? Something like gasx or maalox or pepto or rolaids...anything like that. It sounds to me like you have alot of gas problems. And if you have all that gas inside you trapped then of course you are going to feel nauseated and bloated and have pains....you really need to start taking something for that...you will feel so much better. Try drinking some fizzy drink too...that will help you burp...and i also suggest trying the ginger root capsules...they will help aid in the digestion of your food and take away the nausea you may be having.....they work for me!!!!!

simethicone is god for gas. A good acidophilus supplement will help your digestion, if taken regularly, too. I hope you feel better! [img]smileys/smilies_01.gif[/img]

Mints in any way, shape or form are great for getting rid of wind. Hope you feel better soon!

Feeling any better? It's definitely wind and acid, trust me! Your body clock is also all over the place which, if you're anything like me, will affect your digestive system.

its nearly 4:30am at the moment and I feel like utter rubbish,I just cant bring myself to go to bed.
I read something earlier that triggered me about acid reflux making you v* im scared now as my tummy is just i knots and i feel blah,even at the moment im not in total pannic,I just dont know whats going on, :(
