Im havinga really bad moment at the moment, feeling very off!
Just had some dinner, and then about 10mins later, i started to gtet pains in my bowels and as if I was going ot have d* but nothing happined, my bowels feel slightly irritated, and I still feel off and pretty unwell.
I feel n* and in pain, there are cramping sensations I feel awful really awful!!
Please this better not ben an sv* or fp* I cant stand this, Im so scared!

I am in alot of discomfot, keep feeling like im gona have d*!
Its a strange burning well slight burning sensation as well, and there is a feel of period cramps as well but Im not on it.
I really am so scared right now!

Hey, sorry your feeling like this. It could be a number of reasons, and when you start to think about it more, the anxiety makes you feel worse. Try to stay calm and not get streesed out as it will make you worse. Please try and eplax and do something to take your mind of it, i hope you feel better soon, try and relax.

:( sometimes after i eat something that does not agree with me it seems like it goes right though me with d. how are you feeling? if you are in the us...get some dramamine...the original formula. take 1 and you will be better in 30 min or so. if you are in canada get Gravol...same thing. I am sorry you do not feel well.

Hope you're feeling better...I'm certain it's just anxiety. And don't worry about the d* feelings - for a few days last week, within half an hour of eating lunch, I'd be legging it to the loo! It'll be your IBS, I guarantee you. Trust me!

IBS is a real pain (I mean that literally). Sometimes there is something that day that just irritates the bowel and the next time you eat it you are totally fine.
My husband is like that with mixed green salads He can eat a nice big bowl of salad one day and be fine and another he will get that burning D*** feeling.
I have IBS as well and i feel for you. I hope it is getting better. Letting it happen is sometimes the only relief so you don't have to worry about the N*****. Deep breaths and relax anxiety won't help the situation at all. (I know easier said than done)
