Stupid food

Basically I had these 2 breadcrumb things with potato, and loads of veg inside. Looks like a burger but breadcrumb covered & larger. I ate one, & was over half way through the second one before I uncovered a black chunk & another black bit. Soft & squishy. Looked like a chunk of vegetable but black. I bit into it and it tasted horrible, but I didn't swallow it. Who knows how many more I ate before I found them! Anyway I'd already eaten around one and a half. I'm freaking out because I have school tomorrow & what if I get sick at school? Whatever it was it wasn't right. Vegetable doesn't just go black unless it's really really old. It's not expired either, not until November. I'm freaking out. How long will I have to wait before the vomitting starting?

I'm sure you will be fine...many foods that make you ill don't even smell or taste funny
