Woke up feeling sick and can't go back to sleep help me

I'm so scared now I just randomly woke up feeling hot. I accidentally ate with unwashed hands after using a public bathroom before and I feel different than I usually do with anxiety help me please...

You know what, I've felt hot so much since people started blasting the heaters and I also keep waking up hot and bothered. Sometimes with mild n* and a general 'unwell' feeling.....

How are you now?
If its that bad, grab any anti-emets like fresh cold air, this helps a ton....breathe it in and out

I know this was posted a bit ago but how are you feeling now?

I feel hot sometimes too and I can usually chalk it up to anxiety. The other times I've felt hot it's because I've been coming down with a cold. I'm sure you are fine.
