I'm literally at this moment curled into a ball next to the toilet. Was feeling odd when I tried to go to sleep a couple hours ago. Finally fell asleep, but here I am, 2 hours later trying not to have a panic attack, nor wake up my bf, nor actually v*. I'm so scared right now. I feel like I need to, but I can't. I won't.
If you have any anti-emets handy, you should take some right away, or send your bf out to get some.
Breathe slowly and deeply. Look out the window and concentrate on something outside. If it happens, it happens. Just don't force yourself not to let it happen. It's time to accept, to be strong. Concentrate on calm thoughts.
If you have anti-emetics, take one to ease your mind. This could very well be anxiety. I hope you feel better soon!
