I cannot create polls yet, but for example:
I think that the n* associated with sv* is about a million times worse than the n* I get when I am just experiencing an anxiety attack. Not to downplay my anxious n*, as that is definitely horrible, but there are different "degrees" of it.
I see a lot of people posting saying that they just ate something weird, or woke up on the wrong side of the bed, and feel n*. But am I alone in finding a small consolation in knowing that the TRUE feeling of sv* n* is SO much worse than 99% of anxiety n*?
I tend to be able to rationalize when I am having anxiety that I most likely will NOT v*, which helps to calm me down.

I;ve had alot of expiercnes with n* that dont always involve an sv* for it to be true n*..
Infact with my last sv i wasnt all that n*. just right before i would v* each time.
The types of n* i think are the worst are:
-Bloating/full stomach feeling n*
-eating something that doesnt agree with you
-waking up and feeling n*, mostly because your half awake and cant fight it as hard.
-being very hot feeling. i hate that.
and well mostly all types of n* are hell anyway lol
-
For me the worst n* type is that one of motion sickness. Because you not only feel n* but have a strong headache and vertigo (at least I do)
N* that comes along with anxiety is the most bearable because it's not very real.
-
yes with sv n* you are in no doubt at all that it's the real thing.
i think all n* is lousy though because you just don't KNOW if you are or are not going to v* - if I knew for sure I wasn't going to v* I could live with the n*.
I agree that n* in the night is horrible too, it's just dowright distressing to feel fine when you get into bed, then wake up for no apparent reason feeling n*, it just sends me into a blind panic.
-
worst type is when you feel n* and you have eaten.
Especially if you've eaten lots. just the whole full
stomach thing. makes it sooo much worse.
-
I say the sv* nausea because it makes you think there's a much higher chance of you v*ing.
-
motion sickness n*. it's so horrible. especially when you're trapped in the vehicle and can't get out.
-
Gastroenteritis nausea. Or pregnancy nausea. They both come out of
nowhere, and hit with such intense.. you know what that is not a tangent I
am going to go on!
