    I think it is the case that people are sick when they need to be sick - not sure how an average is calculated from that?

    These are safety behaviours potentially - please be aware that they just fuel your anxiety, and ultimately do no give the reassurance you want.

    Exposure is a way of helping people with emetophobia. It is an under-researched area, but it has showed to have some effectiveness.
