    Has ANYONE ever gotten sick from this?? It sounds like it's been going on for a long time, and you haven't gotten ill. I think that's pretty good evidence that you don't have anything to worry about.

    Yogurt is easy for people with lactose problems to digest because of the cultures. I would just cut out milk products that bother you. I haven't eaten dairy in like 8 yrs and I'm holding strong! :)
