I wouldn't think so, it's a reflex. Maybe in certain situations you can fight the urge but highly doubt you can stop it with willpower if you have a bug

I've been on SSRI's for over 10 years and when they added Mirtazapine things went downhill for me. I started getting really depressed. I tapered off of it without any noticeable side effects recently.
