People are finding it strange because all you new members have all seemed to join this site on the same day and you are ALL commenting on this post.

I know its hard not to worry but do something nice to try and distract yourself. Listen to music, read, watch tv. She's in a different country to you so there's no way you will get anything from her...

I use to love food but since my anxiety has been bad. I eat because I have to. I hate it so much I use to love eating :(. I find it hard to eat now when I'm anxious

Chances are slim loads of people touch money everyday and eat without washing their hands and don't get ill
