It's not hard. The only thing that sucked was that during the first 3
days I felt a bit dizzy because your body adjusts to the increased
oxygen.

erm......I have never see anything that says diphenhydramine is physically addictive. It's just an antihistamine.

diphenhydramine is an antiemetic. Gravol is made from it.



The only real difference is that it takes less benadryl than it does dimenhydrinate.
