Packing for a trip

But we're driving and my brother is sick, so needless to say, I'm panicking between every item I put in my suitcase

"I [he, she, it] is/am not /actually/ going to be sick."

Even if rationally I know this, it's still stuck in my head that every time someone feels sick, there is a risk of them being sick.
