Words don't trigger me anymore (except when I'm feeling sick or having a panic attack) but I used to be so severe that when I was 6 years old, I would scream at anyone who said the word, "throw up"....
Could just be from anxiety. Maybe your throat was irritated or you ate too much too fast. You'll be fine :) just lay down and take sips of water.
