    I actually like the mint flavoured pills! The good thing is that that sensation goes away fairly quickly, so hopefully it isn't bothering you anymore. Just buy the non-mint ones next time!

    The bloating to me really sounds period related. I bet you are just feeling sick because of your period and your body is tired from fighting off whatever infection you had! How are you feeling now?

    Promethazine is a pretty strong anti-emetic. If it isn't helping your nausea, it is probably caused by anxiety. It sounds like your stomach is a bit out of wack - do you eat a healthy diet?
