#3 is my biggest problem too! If I feel sick I will go to great lengths to be ALONE~!
No spaghetti sauce. Got sick on spaghetti in 1983. No chocolate cake/brownies. That happened in 1985, and the latest, NO wheat tortillas/wraps, thats from 2001.

Obviously emet has many different degrees of intensity, there it no flipping way I could work on a plane or a boat. Seriously. Just thinking about it has my anxiety up.
