I have seen some others on this forum mention doing this. Have you mentioned this to a therapist or doctor? I hope you are able to get some help for this. Welcome to the forum! :)

It is possible to have functional digestive disorders such as IBS and acid reflux and be emet. I do. The anxiety from the emet of course can make you feel unwell,which exacerbates these conditions. ...
I doubt she could infect your house that way. If you want to be on the safe side, wipe down surfaces with bleach solution and spray some lysol on the furniture.
I agree with the above. I would also add that if you can manage some prunes or pears, they may help you go and give you some relief.
Welcome! :) My advice is to find a good therapist who can work with you on this. And if your anxiety is severe, there are meds that can help. A lot of people have good results with ssri...

Its probably just your hormones ramping up and making your digestion funny. It happens to me all the time. I know it's not any fun. Hope you feel better soon!
