Im very confused about panic attacks...


I have a few experiences that might have been panic attacks but Im not sure... once I fell to the ground after being extremely dizzy then thinking i was...

I was just wondering because Im from the US and I only knew one other emetophobe. It seems more common in the UK.

Once I had to take medication and my mom had to open the pill into my orange juice... I dont like orange juice any more because my only memory of it is that it tasted almost as bad as v*ing....
