Dentyne Fire cinnamon mints. Bottle of ice-cold water. Never EVER leave home without the both of them. Had a panic attack last week because I forgot the mints when I went on a 1-hour canoe ride.

Just my own perception from my own experiences.

Playing piano, pacing around my house, drinking a truck-full of ice-cold water, chewing cinnamon candies, crying, and applying a heat-pack to my stomach. And spitting. A lot of that.
