I agree with crystalmom, try to find something that takes your mind off
of it. For me it's anything like crosswords or circle a word, anything
that makes my mind think of something else besides...

after 5 days i think your fine. Most germs die within 24 hours (as told
to me by a nurse). Relax and don't think about it because all is good!
