Anyone remember that scene in Bridesmaids where all of the girls get food poisoning while shopping for dresses? I watched it in a full theatre and it was HILARIOUS to almost everyone in there....

The thing is, you're not going to be cured over night. I'm currently reading it and going through the steps and exercises. This is something you have to work hard at. You have to think positively....
