Illness but the anxiety is the problem deep down so please don't look at the v* as the reason. The anxiety is the thing we have to reduce.

nah because you dont *have* to pass it on, if you're telling her positive things about v* (i know that sounds terrible to us ugh) then it must be a good thing. But I guess you have to kid yourself...

wash your hands and wash them before you put any food in your mouth basically, and thats really all you can do. Could it have been the home made trifle? as I cant see it being sv* if he had that....

Yeah it can give you a sense of anxiety to watch someone v* and i relate to that.

I honestly don't know what/why it is, although I do remember fighting n* very badly when I had an sv* a few times well on one occasion I remember gagging and I guess I must have felt n* but I didn't...

You won't get it if you do good hand hygeine, even if youve been around this person youre not exactly guaranteed...

I USED to be worse/scared of myself more, but now I'm more bothered about others v* - Strange!! i think it was some therapy I did that made me change, and I am happier this way just feel like a freak...
