Well, I usually dont cry, and especially not in public area. But after I vomit I cry, shake, feel terrible. Even though I dont have more nausea.

I tried that but all the times I have done so, then I have actually vomited.

I always tell myself "DONT vomit, DO NOT VOMIT, I repeat DO NOT VOMIT".
