i have had days like that where i get one panic attack after another....and most of the time for no reason!

here is a trick that my Dr taught me and it works.

When you feel one coming on, take...

i did not have n or v during my 2 births. I told the Dr up front and they said i could have meds if i needed them...i never needed them.

i had a hysterectomy in in feb and i never was n or v'd

i had already talked to my dr about it so they gave me meds when they put me under and had it availible if i needed it afterwards. i bet you...

i would make sure that when you go in in the morning that you speak to the anesthesiologist and your dr and let them know what your ent said.

from my understanding....these days they do not want...

i have always been terrified of hearing it when i was a child. I never really fought it though....when i had my tonsils out when i was 11......it put me in a full phobia mode.

my mom always knew i was scared of v when i was a child....but did not fully understand my fear until i was an adult and found the name of the phobia and gave them info on it. It really helped them...

yes.....especially when my husband is in real estate and has to get a second job because there has been no money coming in for 2 months and my job does not make enough money!

so far knock on wood for the past 6 years!!!

i have used it many many times...even with food poisoning.

i think my biggest fear is the n.....i am not sure....that is what causes the anxiety in me. Maybe if i would jsut v with no warning...it would not be so bad....emabrassing...but at least no anxeity....

i think that if you are not having it now...i think you may be ok. Make sure you keep something on your stomach...that is the key!
