i use these bands if im just nauseous even vo ive never been pregnant. they're just normal ones for motion sickness called sea bands. they work great for me if im feeling nauseous or a little worried...

oh yeah not 54 pounds lol, i meant 54 kilos (i think its kilos or kilograms ) lol

im 5 foot 5 and weigh 8 and half stone (think thts bout 54 pounds) not sure if that is underweight or not think its average just

i do drink when i am with my freinds, but i never drink if i were out late at night (which i cant manage any way) i know my limit though, i can have about 6 drinks before i even start feeling tipsy,...
