Yeah, that sounds like Anthony, only he felt like he had been hit with a mack truck the next day and spent most of the day asleep. But his appetite was good and he wasnt sick anymore. When he came...
  3. Re: Husband super sick and Im freaking out!

Im almost to the 48 hr mark. He both went to the gym and to work today, which is good. And he's been eating for more than 24 hrs - even telling me at midnight last night how starving he was, and then...

  5. Re: Husband super sick and Im freaking out!

I stayed home from work today so I could be around if he needed me or needed anything. I got bleach shortly after I wrote my other post, as well as some soup and bagels for him. I had a spray bottle...

    Re: Bad tomatoes??

No worries - it is most likely just anxiety! if I find a bad cherry tomato in the bunch, I just toss it out and eat the others. Never had an issue!
  9. Re: D*, and my exams start tomorrow!! Help!

Could just be your mind getting the best of you. I have BAD IBS and if I let my mind get the best of me, it gets worse.... especially when it hits me out of nowhere (most especially in the middle of...

Just sounds like he overdid it. If he feels fine now and he's totally functional, he's not noro
  13. Re: How does your partner deal with your emet?

Is there a way you can talk to him about this? Put it all on the table? I know for me, it makes it worse when he has the expectation of what our day is going to be like (because for everyone else...
  14. Re: How does your partner deal with your emet?

Mine doesnt really know. Even after 7 years. I have IBS AND anxiety, so basically he attributes any stomach issues to my "bad stomach" and if I'm bugging out, it's anxiety. He never asks what Im...

    Re: I've been exposed!

If this has been an ongoing issue for the last 2 weeks, it's SUPER doubtful he has anything contagious. He could have an underlying stomach issue that has been causing the nausea and tonight, getting...

Re: Bound to have noro now. Help

okay first things first, while i too have this fear, it is NOTHING to be suicidal over. That is a permanent solution to a temporary problem and shouldnt be thrown around lightly.

    Its been a week -...
  18. Re: Sick Daughter (A little graphic)

  21. Re: Super sick (I don't think it's a stomach bug but I could use support)

Re: You need to read this

Sigh. Some people need to get out more. This is some of the dumbest and most immature shiz I've read in a LONG time. Hacking a message board is so 1998
  23. Re: Super sick (I don't think it's a stomach bug but I could use support)

Sounds like a cold or the result of your flu shot (which does give you a mild case to build your immunity to it). Sleep, drink and take Motrin and you'll feel better in a few days!
  24. Re: Feel very weird after white wine

Lots of water and when in doubt, go to sleep! You were just experiencing a nice buzz! You can also throw on some music and sweat it out with a good old fashioned dance party ;)
