My advice would be to listen to some music you enjoy. Go along with your daily business as if you weren't even havi ng an attack so your mind can see your totally healthy

As long as you didn't consume your mother's *v or fecal matter which I'm positive you didnt its almost a guarantee that you will NOT be sick. You'll be just fine :)
