I absolutely panic when i get that "tickle" in the back of my throat and I have to cough/gag to get it to stop! It puts me immediately into a panic attack.. and a bad one!

I had an emergency c section and my cut is below bikini line and horizontal... cant even see my scars and I had 2.

I was in labor with my dd for 76 hours...yes, active hard hellish labor, i pushed for 4 hrs and ended with an emergency c section... i was never N or V'ed. They did ask me while in the OR if i needed...

First thing that came to mind was Food Poisoning.
Seafood is notorious for FP especially if not cooked right, handled right etc...
I would take the normal precautions, wash hands and keep hands...

Try having some saltines, or toast dry. If you stomach is hurting i wouldnt have a big meal, id start of light and see how it goes, more than likely its just your ibs/nerves but to be safe stay...
