I go thru phases where I can't get to sleep at night, so I end up staying up super late, sometimes until the sun comes up. Then other times, I can crash out at midnight or so. I prefer going to bed...

It's been18 years since I have. I was 18 when it last happened, and I'm now 36. I've never taken anti-emetics except for Benadryl on rare occasion. I also take Pepto on occasion.
