Cause my tummy feels like its in knots .. and I feel a teensy bit nauseated .. just from the very tightness in my tummy .. i just was just wondering if anyone else has the same?

I get that too, and it usually has a fullness feeling in my throat,
which always scares me...but i drink water or bubbly water to burp and
try to stay calm because i know its just indigestion.
