Right. I'm getting rid of this, I'm not living like this any more. I have started cognative and exposure therapy at my local Mental Hospital. To be honest, I don't think I have found this site helpful, it has made me more worried about things such as washing my hands so many times or whatever, I know the original idea behind this website was to help but for me it just didnt seem to do it. But thank you to everyone who has helped me with information on stuff such as anti emetics etc. I wish the best to everyone on here with getting help and beating this. But yeah thanks, Eh, ill come back after my therapy and you all if it would be any use for any of use to do, but so far its going brilliant and I really think this is going to help.

    Thanks,
    Jezebel.

    Goodbye

I don't really remeber you unfortunately, I think we missed each other. But I'm still sad!

I hope that you get better in the hospital and can learn to cope with the phobia on your own. Good luck!

I agree. When I first found this site I was like "finally some people who understand me" But everyone always talks about "IT" and it just makes things worse. I dont come on as much as I use to..I just read the off topics anymore.

Hope everything works out for you!

You're smart and heading in the right direction. I think for many people this board does morebad than good. when my emet was in full swing coming to the board made it worse... then I left the board for awhile and started to try new things and fight my phobia.

now when I come here it doesn't bother me... but I think time away from here is good for everyone. good luck on your therapy, I'm sure you'll do well!
