technical problem

Hi, I jut got an email from Kristin, and she is having a hard time accessing the site. She keeps getting error messages when she tries to sign in, and she asked me to check into it for her. Her huband tried to fix it to no avail, and she's thinking she might have to start over with a new account. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hey, awww that must be annoying. Is it its rejecting her sign in?? i had that problem, then i went into a different internet browser to see if it would work and it did. Maybe try telling her to go into a different internet browser and see if that works?? Hope it gets fixed.
