I find that being with the people who really care helps, staying in as thats when i avoid most stuff, which is prolly quite bad, however on the times i have faced going out i have come home feeling better that i have faced it. Also my counselling has helped, my herbal medcines, yoga and listening to music helps for me.

Let me know what helps you, anything else that i couldnt fit up there? ^^^

I'd say that when I'm anxious about emet issues, I like to have someone to talk to. If I'm at home, work, or out in public, I just like to have one or two people to take my mind off things. If I'm slightly anxious, and start talking to someone, I get distracted and forget my anxiety. But if I'm alone and am allowed to think too much, I quickly get to a high anxiety level.
