Why Is This Happening To Me ??

Im SO fed up, I just had d* its nearly 5am here, Im freaked out, I feel like its going to happen again, I dont know why its happened??

I havent started this new medication yet that says some of the side affects is d* but still yet to take it.

I can feel the cramps again, I can feel churning sensations in my stomach and im n*, it wasnt wattery d*, just rushed and uncomfortable..

I am really really upset at the moment, I just want to give up..

You've had a very stressful week. I think that's where the d* is coming from. Maybe this wekeend you can take some time out from everything to focus on you and relax? I hope you feel better soon!!!
