    Ehhh I feel pretty n*, had some chips(fries) for dinner and veg with some sauce,, and then an ice lolly and later some crisps(chips) and I kept burping them up and now ive got a really bad n* sensation and cramps in my bowel, feels a bit rough

    Do you think Im ill?

    Awww sorry your feeling bad, but really i don't think you are ill. Like i was saying yesterday, your anxiety is high which will lead to feeling this way, i think from having emet your always expecting to feel n* , have stomach pain or have d*, and in the end we make ourselfs so worried about it we get n*,cramps and d* from being so anxious. I really think you will be fine, and also when your anxious and you eat it may make you feel a bit off i found. I hope you feel better[img]smileys/smilies_01.gif[/img].

    Sounds like you just had a bad combination of foods --- your tummy might need a rest. Hope you feel better soon! I know greasy food ALWAYS sets off my stomach... blegh.
