    Not sure if that is the right name (don't have the box in front of me) I starting taking this for IBS 2 days ago and last night and today, I have had the worst gas and some d*. Has anyone taken this and if so do you remember feeling this way? It is making me want to stop taking it but I really want to get my IBS under control! Any advice would be great!

    Hey there,


    I took the stuff for about 4 or 5 months. It did give me a little gas in the beginning. I am never sure if it actually did any good. I know kate1966 on here loves the stuff, so hopefully she'll post. I stopped taking it this month, and I haven't really noticed any difference.
