    Hi

I read this when i searched for info on anxiety and panic attacks. Thought this link might be useful for other people especially those who realy don't know where to begin when helping themselves. http://topten.org/public/BE/BE17.html. </span>I feel i have done most,if not all of the things on here, but i hope it can help someone who doesn't know where to begin.

    Hi Katie!

This is very good. (Here's the link that works: http://topten.org/public/BE/BE17.html

It's almost the same as the link found on a sticky post at the top of this Treatments section called "dealing with panic attacks"(Soluene's post). Check that one out and see what you think. If you believe your link is better, or adds something new, then I'll add it to the list.

    Thanks for finding this.

    Hi

had a look at the post you had said. It is more to do with panick attacks and dealing with them at that particular time. The one i found is slightly different as it shows you the stages to go through if you feel you have a general anxiety problem that you feel needs dealing with. Though thats just my opinion.
