Alone yuck

My girlfriend left to go out of town and im off work stuck at home at 2 am by myself
I know it sounds dumb But I feel soo alone and im having panic attacks worrying about her being gone and me being sick, I dont know what to do..

Yeah, Im going to have some tea and watch a movie. And hopefully fall asleep before I start thinking im sick.. I dont know why it allways gets worse at night.
