Reasurance needed!

Ok a few things that im worried about at the moment so hold on lol

Well I just made some chicken burgers by birds eye it was chicken with some onions in it, it was piping hot all the way through but a little greasy so im really hoping it doesnt give me indigestion =(

I also had salad, so it was a bag of lettuce, and im in the uk and there isnt any reports of things wrong with bagged lettuce here but im pretty worried, it had different kinds of lettuce in it, and some carrot, I also had tomato and celary, (healthy huh)? lol
And to follow with it two waffles, now I couldnt manage it all unfortunetly but I ate some of it and some of the burger..

Just needing some reasurance![img]smileys/smilies_11.gif[/img]

I hope you are o.k. and did not get indigestion. I am sure the salad was fine. I have eaten lettuce, beetroot and carrot from a bag today. I washed it well and I am sure it was fine. I eat a lot of salad and it never makes me ill. Sorry I can't be more help, but try not to worry, I am sure you have not eaten anything that will make you ill.

I dont eat salad because here in CALI it isnt safe...lol, so i eat
cooked veggies...but yeah...i think your fine too...i wouldnt worry
