    BAD: My cousins new boyfriend brought his cold with him to my Grandmas house, after a week of minimal Kleenex use on his part I have one now.

    GOOD: Got A's in all my classes and got a really cool book from a friend of mine to relax with until I start school again

    this is for yesterday:


    bad- had anxiety all day


    good- got out of the house for the first time (by myself) in over 2 wks(ima bit agoraphobic) and caught the bus and rode it for 2 hours with some very s* looking people...and managed to get to my friends house and hang out all day

    Good: ( I have two) I finally got a cat scan of my sinuses this morning. Maybe now we can figure out why the hell I have so much post nasal drip- which makes me nausieated. AND My hubby agreed to come with me for a Thai Yoga Massage workshop tonight.

    Bad: Girl Scout cookies came in and my ass keeps getting larger. This is not helping me much.
