I really hate this feeling its very unsetteling, I feel n* and just shaked up, its like I can feel the situation going to happen.
I dont know what the hell to do!!!

Ugh! I'm so sorry your not feeling well. Remember we all get these
feelings and we hardly ever v*. You will probably be just fine.
Did you eat anything that disagreed with you or cuase you to start
panicking?
I did today...I drank too much soda and I have been feeling off all
evening. Blech
Just try to do something distracting or drink some tea and whatnot. It
will eventually pass...

How are you feeling now? Is there something really stressful going on that could have triggered the anxiety? Is your IBS acting up?
