I'm generally scared of both myself and others v*ing, but I am definitely more afraid of seeing/hearing others do it.

Definitely myself! I'm afraid of others mainly if I can catch it.

Myself more so then other people, if I think I can catch it from other people then I freak out but I fear myself the most.

I fear someone else V* as I can't control that. With younger kids, and a husband that acts like a kid when he is sick, I have to take care of them. UGH! If it is me, well, I'm concentrating on not doing it someplace awful. I guess it's too late for me to worry if I have something - destiny takes over.

I'm currntly dealing with my husband. He has been sick for about 6 hours now,and i'm crawling out my skin. I can't wait for tomorrow to come so i can bleach my entire house!!


If anyone wants to chat i've got a couple of days to freak out and talk about it.


Any suggestions on coping will help.

Other people...It's all about the control issue. If I'm gonna v* at least I know it and I have control over it. But other...you can never tell..and it's just scary to see.

oh my god, i'm so much worse with other people than myself. i'm like 99% sure i developed this phobia because of hearing someone else... when i feel sick myself it definitely freaks me out, but i haven't v*'d in 10 years so i guess it's sort of distant for me?

I fear myself v*ing WAY worse! The only time other people v*ing really bothers me is if I think there's a chance I could catch it / v* as well.
