Man I just woke up out of a sleep and for some reason I feel a little nauseaus and gaggy and my chest is all tight feeling. I dont know why, I hope its not a precursor to getting sick. I also feel kinda shakey and pass-outy feeling too. Its about 6am here. I did eat a lot of stuff yesterday (I think maybe my period could be coming? Not sure tho). I jsut dont like waking up to feeling oddly cruddy,

Ugh, I know what you mean. Waking up feeling sick is the worst. Could you have had a bad dream? B/c it sounds like you are having some anxiety. Msybe try some tea or a hot bath, and see if that helps. I hope you feel better soon!

he holds me and then i feel too tired to not sleep and he holds me
while i sleep...i think its just normal digestion but we pay such close
attention to our bodies that we have to know whats going on at all

Yep, I freaked out last night just because I woke up at 2:30am and had to go the bathroom! (Not pee, that I do most nights!) My fiance also had to hold me and calm me down for awhile. I think the waking up out of a sound sleep and feeling different is freaky for us. Hope you are better now!

I hate it too. It happens to me almost every night. I wake up feeling n* and panicky and I pace around for a while, drink some water and go back to bed. I just wish my bf was here to hold me and calm me down. He lives in NY and I live in GA, but I am moving up there in 3 months. YAY! The funny thing is that when I am with him, I don't wakeup. I sleep peacefully all through the night. I guess its because I know subconciously that I am not alone and i feel safe.
