What are you really afraid of?

I have been doing a lot of reflection and I am curious, is it the act of v*ing that you are afraid of or the panic attack that comes with the feelings leading up to v*ing. Because for me, I wish I could v* without feeling a panic attack. So its almost as if I am more afraid of the panic attack then the v*ing.
