ahhh scared

so i wa awoken this morning by a coughing/possibl v* person upstairs.
we live in an attached studio down stairs. up the stairs on the right
is the upstairs peoples bathroom and to the left is the kitchen. at
6:20ish i head it and i flipped out...i dont know if was just coghing
because recently i have heard that when i hear people uptairs. so
now im scared that someone has a s v* and that it may be all over the
upstairs stuff..plus i was going to do laundry today and now im scared
someone upstairs will contaminate everytging im scared i dont want
us to get sick

Think the emet side is maybe taking over a little to much like it does with nearly everyone especially hearing that..

When things go into the wash anything on them gets boiled off, so that should be fine..

What id do is put it in wash it ect do what you need to put it into a bag, then take it back down the stairs, empty it out where you iron or fold, bin the bag and wash your hands.

You'l be fine hun!

How fun is it to wake up to that???? Ugh......
Oh, I know how awful that is---my stepfather coughs so damn loud and disgusting (he has emphysema and STILL smokes 3+ packs a day!) it sounds like he's v*ing. On the occasion that I've stayed at my parents house I sometimes can't quite differentiate between the two, and it puts me in panic mode every time.
Maybe your neighbor was really coughing, though. There are some really nasty colds out there, and I know several people (including myself!) that have had bronchitis following them. When I had it my cough even grossed ME out!!
