I am a big fan of drinking teas to help my stomach. I mostly drink Ginger and Peppermint teas and I'm listing some info I found online about the herbs. I also included info on chamomile since I've seen a lot of people mention it on this site.

Ginger - Aids digestion and, and is one of the best herbs for nausea. It relieves spasms and menstrual cramps, and promotes menstruation. Very useful in preventing motion sickness and morning sickness in pregnant woman once approved by their doctor. In studies, it's been shown that ginger can be more effective in preventing motion sickness than pills such as Dramamine without the drowsiness and other side effects.

Peppermint - Easesnausea, relieves gas and occasional heartburn. It is also known to stimulate appetite, ease travel and morning sickness, and soothe common PMS cramps. Also has been known to help with gas, bloating, cramps associated with IBS.

Chamomile - A mild relaxant useful for nervousness, stress and anxiety. As an antispasmodic, it is used for cramps of all types. It is frequently used for digestive complaints, particularly gas.

www.yogitea.com has an herb glossary on their website where you can learn more about different herbs/formulations to help with stomach upset. That's where I got some of the info I listed above.

Hot (strong) ginger tea is by far my favorite for anything from period cramps to d* to n*.
