I hate this phobia!

I spend so much of my time worrying about my kids or me getting a sv andits notsomethingwe get all the time. MAYBE once a year IF that. But I spend everyday worrying when in fact the worrying and anticipation is so much worse than actually getting sick and v*.

    Sorry, had to vent.

I am the same. I get so much stress woryying every day about not
getting sv* or fp*, and when the evening comes, I often think as I lay
in my bed - why am I like that? I waste so much energy and it
definitely causes much more stress than even v* itself..

Exactly! I guess this is what we need to work on...

When I do actually get sick its really not that bad. I like to be sick before my kids because I am so much calmer. But when my kids get sick first (and thats usually how it goes) I worry with, "what ifs" and anticipation.

    This phobia sucks!
