He had some cereal this morning and I just went to clean up the kitchen. He had finished the gallon of milk and left it sitting on the counter. I opened the jug to speeze the air out of it so it fit in the trash better and it smelled horrible! There was curdled milk in the bottom, all chunky and nasty. I don't know how he could have not noticed! It smelled awful! Unless it curdled after it sat out - is that possible? There wasn't two hours between when he ate and when I threw the jug out. Is that long enough to curdle it? It was still good according to the date on the jug! Is it possible for him NOT to get sick from this? I really don't want him to come home from work v*, but at least I would know what it's from and that it isn't contagious! I guess all I can do now is sit and wait to see if it makes him sick.
